Sounds like a very interesting trip - I also really appreciate the German approach quality. I wanted to make you aware that EnginSoft is sponsoring a research project at Cranfield regarding the use of genetic algorithms to design MEMs. EnginSoft with its sister company develops modeFRONTIER - the tools has numerous algorithms available at its heart and this is what Cranfield are using.
they will be presenting a paper at our 2010 User Meeting in Trieste and I would very much like to take this opportunity to invite you if you are able to make it.
